Located in the Kasbah area, this Riad offers a central location close to the main attractions in the Medina. The staff is described as incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a warm and authentic experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with some guests praising the hot showers. The breakfast, although lacking fresh fruit, is traditional and generous.
Some guests complained about the room smelling of mothballs, which made their stay uncomfortable.

The service at this hotel was unparalleled. the staff members were attentive, friendly and always on hand to provide recommendations for things to do and see in the area. the luxurious amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace, were a real treat, and the private facilities in the room provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great, always providing helpful suggestions and arranging everything for us. We loved sitting on the terrace in the evening, chatting with the staff and watching the sunset. The hotel's location in a hidden alleyway was perfect, as it was close to all the main attractions in the Medina. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was great, and the traditional breakfast was a delicious feast.
